Debit , Credit Card or E-Check

The Board of Water Works also accepts payment by MasterCard and Visa. Transactions can be made during regular business hours in the Customer Service Department or by telephone to 719-584-0203.

 

By Mail

The Board of Water Works provides each customer with a pre-addressed envelope for mailing checks. Sending cash through the mail is not encouraged.  If you no longer have the pre-addressed envelope, you can mail your payments to:

Customers may pay bills at the Board’s Business Office during regular business hours.

Wal-Mart

Customers can take a CURRENT billing statement to the customer service desk and pay their water bill with cash or Wal-Mart Moneycard. Standard fees charged by Wal-Mart are $.88 for Standard payments and delivered within 3 business days and $1.88 for Next Day payments and delivered the next business day.
